Our in-house facilities provide post extrusion processing of 3rd party, non solar extrusions such as cutting, drilling and assembly.

We use the very latest finite element analysis software to validate the engineering on all of our systems and components. We offer a direct replacement 15 year warranty and design to a 50 year of service life. We work to UK, European and US codes for wind and deflection far in excess of local market demands
construction
All of our systems use universal sliding connection brackets and clamps to reduce the number of components, simplify erection and limit tools required. Rather than build solutions from generic profiles, all our profiles have been specifically created by us for the GCC market.
design
QMS systems are offered in portrait and landscape design and can be custom engineered to suit project tilt angles, module sizes or engineering codes.

All our aluminum systems are extruded from structural grade 6063-T6 aluminum and anodized to a coating film of 15-18 microns making them among the most robust and longest lasting systems available.
produced
Almost 90% of what we manufacture is local sourced, all our long rails are produced using GCC based extruders. We currently hold twelve dies for rails, clamps and support brackets with extruders in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Since 2018 we have manufactured and supplied over 100MW of roof and ground mount systems to projects across the GCC. QMS was the first and is the oldest OEM for solar structures in the GCC region
